Our call logging system provides engineers with detailed information relating to customer problems allowing them to be fully prepared with the correct parts for each specific call.
Our aim is to solve problems on a first visit basis reducing equipment downtime. Wherever possible our engineers attempt to repair all equipment on site. We carry adequate spares of equipment in the field for emergency use and disaster recovery. Should equipment require workshop repair goods are removed, repaired and returned with the minimum delay and in some cases replacement equipment is supplied.
We offer rapid response to site anywhere within mainland UK. Our annual maintenance contracts can be specifically tailored to individual requirements in line with Service Level agreements. Maintenance contracts are flexible to cater for customer requirements. Standard cover is Monday to Friday with additional resource provided for weekend and ad hoc services.
