Technical Support & IT Maintenance
As a part of the TG Systems IT Maintenance team, with thirty years of technical experience and vast IT knowledge, our Field Engineers offer a rapid response to site anywhere within mainland UK.
We can provide onsite professional hardware maintenance for PC workstations, printers, communications equipment and other peripherals, as well as network faults in hubs, switches, and routers.
Our aim is to solve problems on a first visit basis reducing equipment downtime. Wherever possible our engineers attempt to repair all equipment on site, with adequate spares of equipment available. Should any hardware require workshop repair, they are removed, repaired and returned with the minimum delay and in some cases replacement equipment is supplied.
Portable Application Testing (PAT)
It is essential that electrical equipment is maintained in order to prevent danger. TG Systems are certified to carry out onsite electrical safety testing on all electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.
All items are dated with a Tested, Passed or Failed label. TG Systems will keep a record of all equipment and a report will be issued on request.
